Shipment processing time
All orders received Monday-Friday before 5 pm eastern standard time will be processed same day.
All orders received on holidays or weekends will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Expedited Shipping rates and delivery estimates:
If your order needs to be expedited and shipped FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2nd day Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on weight and size.
*Vascular Access Direct is not liable for shipping delays due to the FedEx delivery schedule.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 6 months
The Goods are in the original packaging
The following medical devices cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is within 6 months.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Vascular Access Direct will send tracking # for your shipment to the email on file in your customer profile.
Damages
Vascular Access Direct is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returning of Goods
Vascular Access Direct will pay for the shipping of returned goods. Please contact VAD Customer Team at [email protected] for RMA #.
Our customer team will send a shipping label to return the product.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
